Services

Sixth Vital provides communication-skills coaching and training for physicians, residency/fellowship programs, and med-school or residency applicants, delivered as scheduled intensives and/or a self-serve practice application.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee admission to any program, match outcome, employment outcome, or any specific clinical or patient-communication result. Our programs are training and coaching services; results depend on individual effort and circumstances outside our control.

Booking and payment

A 50% deposit is required to lock a delivery date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled delivery date. Dates are not confirmed as reserved until the deposit is received.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability, if notice is given at least 14 days before the scheduled delivery date.

Subscription services

The RPSAS Practice application is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Recording and consent

Sessions may be recorded for scoring and coaching purposes. Recordings are not used for marketing, content, or any purpose beyond your own coaching feedback unless you separately sign a consent form.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sixth Vital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
