Every package runs on the same method and the same rubric. What changes is who's in the room and how long you have them.
A measurable lift, or we keep working
Every full intensive — Match Ready, Physician Private, Program Cohort, and System Series — is scored baseline to final on the same 25-point rubric. If your final score isn't at least 6 points higher than your baseline — or a perfect 25, whichever comes first — we keep working with you at no additional cost until it is. Not a promise you'll feel better about it — a number, guaranteed to move.

Questions before you apply
Is there a guarantee?
Yes, on every full intensive: at least a 6-point lift on the 25-point rubric, baseline to final — or a perfect 25, whichever comes first — or we keep working with you at no additional cost until it moves. It doesn't apply to RPSAS Taste (one session, no baseline/final to compare) or the 20-Hour Block (open-ended hours, not a fixed intensive structure).
What actually happens in an intensive?
A filmed baseline encounter first, then live drills against the method, then a filmed final encounter. Both are scored on the same rubric, so what changed is a number, not an impression.
How is progress measured — is it just self-reported?
No. Every encounter is scored on five dimensions — Read accuracy, Mode match, Delivery, Adaptation, Outcome — for a 25-point total. Baseline and final scores are compared directly, so the lift is measurable.
How is this different from typical communication or public-speaking training?
Most training teaches one register for every room. RPSAS teaches you to read who's actually in front of you and shift mid-encounter when it changes — that's the "Shift" in the method, and it's drilled specifically, not assumed.
What if a full intensive is more than I need right now?
RPSAS Taste is a single-session introduction at $1,500, and it's fully credited toward any package if you continue afterward.
What happens after I apply?
A couple of quick questions to understand your situation, then you're routed straight to either booking a call (for full intensives) or checkout (for smaller packages) — no drawn-out sales process.
Do you work with hospitals and health systems, not just individuals?
Yes — Program Cohort and System Series are built for hospitals, practices, and residency/fellowship programs training a group at once, not just one-on-one.
What does "RPSAS" stand for?
Read, Pick, Speak, Ask, Shift — the five-part method behind every package. See the full method for how each part works.
Is there support after the intensive, or is it one-time?
The model is built around a concentrated intensive rather than indefinite hourly sessions — that's where the real change happens. For ongoing reinforcement, the RPSAS Practice app lets you keep drilling the method between sessions, and the 20-Hour Block exists if you specifically want a flexible, ongoing arrangement.
Not sure which fits?
Apply and we'll route you to the right package — or a proposal, if it's a cohort.
