What we collect

When you apply, book a call, or purchase a program, we collect your name, email, phone number, organization, role, and the answers you provide in our application form. If you use the RPSAS Practice app, we also collect your session transcripts and scores.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate your application, communicate with you about our programs, deliver the service you've purchased, and — unless you opt out — to send you relevant follow-up email. We do not sell your personal information.

Video and testimonials

Any video recorded during a session is used only for scoring and coaching feedback unless you sign a separate consent form authorizing its use in marketing or content.

Email and unsubscribe

Every marketing email we send includes our physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe link, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can opt out at any time.

Data storage and sharing

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Render, Google Workspace) and processed by our payment processor (Stripe) and e-signature provider (SignWell) solely to deliver our services. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion, by emailing hello@thesixthvital.com.
